The onboarding team will help you leverage best practices for a seamless experience and set out what you are hoping to achieve with the essensys Platform. We are with you every step of the way, providing in-depth product knowledge, expertise and training. Here’s what to expect with the onboarding journey.

KICK OFF CALL

Firstly, we’ll have a kick off call to finalise and agree timelines. This will be based around when your site is going live or when you want to switch over. On this call we’ll also confirm and reiterate what has been purchased as part of your agreement.

KEY TEAM MEMBERS

Next up, we will need you to identify and provide the key members of your team that will be involved and responsible in the onboarding and engagement process. Customers who achieve the best results from the essensys platform are those who are engaged and invest time right from the beginning.

BUSINESS GOALS

To ensure we can support you with your desired outcome, we need to understand your business goals. Here’s some typical questions we’ll ask you at the beginning of the onboarding journey – What does success look like for you? What do you want to achieve from the essensys platform? FEEDBACK

At the end of the onboarding journey we will ask you for feedback about your experience. We’re continually trying to improve the customer experience and it will confirm what success looks like for you which is essential for your dedicated Customer Success Manager to follow up with.
